Registration for the 2025-2026 School Year is open for ALL students!
Residency Verification
To streamline the registration process for families, Woodland District 50 is contracting with a third-party vendor to automatically verify student address information by comparing parent/guardian names and addresses with electronic databases.
Proof of residency is required for any of the following:
Enrollment in the District for the first time
A change of address occurs
The District’s residency database shows residency at an alternative location
Lease agreements
Residency affidavits
Residency Documents
For all students new to the District, the following documents are required to finalize the enrollment process:
Birth Certificate: Families must provide a legal birth certificate to register their children. (Hospital/baptismal certificates are not acceptable)
Copy of Parent/Guardian Photo ID
Proof of Residency: Minimum one document from Category One, and two documents from Category Two required.
Payment Information:
School fees are charged annually. Payments can be made through Family Access in August. Fee Waiver Applications and Food Service Waiver Applications will be made available to all families in August. 2025-2026 Fees
