AUGUST
22 - Band parent meetings 6th Grade - 6:30 Cafe A - 7th/8th Grade - 7:30 - Virtual (link will be emailed home)
26 - first day for 7th/8th band
SEPTEMBER
19 - Fill the Drum @ WTHS O'Plaine campus, 6:30 report time, 7pm show - Marching Wildcats
28 - WTHS Homecoming Parade: time TBA - Marching Wildcats
OCTOBER
5 - Greendale trip, usually 3 to 11pm-ish - Marching Wildcats
NOVEMBER
4 - WTHS 8th grade band night, ALL 8th grade band members attend
DECEMBER
12 - WMS Choir Concert, 6:30
17 - WMS Bands Winter Concert, 6:30
18 - 20 - Midwest Clinic @ McCormick; Awe/Matusek attend so no bands these days
FEBRUARY
22 - Solo/Ensemble @ West Oak MS, Mundelein; ALL Sym 1 and 2 members participate
MARCH
7 and 8 - WMS Music Department HOSTS the NIMCon Music Festival!
Sym 1 and 2 and ALL choirs participate as well
We will need lots of volunteers for this awesome hosting event!
APRIL
11 and 12 - Spring Musical
MAY
7 - Intermediate Band and Jazz Band concerts @ WMS, times TBA
13 - WMS Choir Concert
15 - WMS Bands concert
28 - Puma Graduation - all 6th and 7th grade Puma band members play - Report time 5:30pm
29 - Jaguar/Lynx Graduation - all 6th and 7th grade J/L band members play
May 29 and 30 - YES there is band! ALL 6th and 7th graders meet in south band room together.
