Wildcat Music Boosters
A non-profit volunteer organization which supports the Woodland Middle School music departments.
Our goal is to raise funds and organize volunteers to support the students in band and choir.
Funds raised by the Wildcat Music Boosters help to pay for items that would not typically be paid for by the school district budget.
Examples include:
Merit scholarships for Middle School band and choir students (to be used for lessons or other music supplies)
Full-tuition scholarships for band and choir students to attend University of Wisconsin-Whitewater summer music camps
8th grade pins for band and choir students
Uniform dry-cleaning and repairs
Fun activities and rewards for our musicians (donut breakfast, end of year party)
Travel to band and choir competitions and/or field trips
We invite you to support the Woodland Music Programs in lots of ways.
1) Check the volunteer section of this page often (especially before performances) for volunteer opportunities.
2) Support our various fundraisers throughout the school year – Spirit Wear, Butter Braids, etc.
3) Follow us on social media
AND/OR
3) Submit a cash donation with a check made payable to “Wildcat Music Boosters.” The Wildcat Music Boosters is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and 100% of your donation will go directly back to the schools. Please make sure that your address is correct on your check. You may place your donation into an envelope labeled "WMB Donation" and return to your child's director. Or to ensure your donation is received, we suggest that you mail a donation to:

Volunteers Needed!
The Wildcat Music Boosters have a variety of volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
Please see the button below to our Sign Up Genius for current volunteer needs.
We are always looking for volunteers to assist with the following general activities -
Fundraising Ideas - Do you have fresh fundraiser ideas? An activity used with another organization or another school district? We welcome suggestions for new fundraisers.
Concert Sales – Assist with selling items at band and choir concerts. Help to brainstorm ideas for items to sell.
Spirit Wear- Work with the board on our annual Spirit Wear sale. Suggest new designs and coordinate the online sale with our vendor.
Uniforms – Work with directors on organizing the band and choir uniforms. This includes keeping a log, fitting the students, arranging for dry cleaning and repairs, etc.
Communications- Are you tech savvy? Do you love spreading the word about fun activities and events? We always need help to send emails and update our Facebook page and Boosters web page.
The board will train and support anyone interested in these volunteer activities.
We welcome any time commitment – big or small. If we all get involved, our efforts will directly benefit our talented music students.
