Report a Concern is an online communication system that encourages students, parents, and community members to “speak up” using online messaging to report threats or problems suspected or observed in or near District 50.
The Report a Concern form allows you to submit information anonymously, but please understand that we are unable to investigate a concern if you do not provide enough detail. The district will not permit formal disciplinary action solely on the basis of an anonymous report.
If you are submitting a concern that does not have a specific time and place, please select today's date.
Your report may include a specific place, or a description of if the concern happened in-person, or online. Please be as specific as possible. For example you may say it took place in the hallway, in a classroom, on the bus, etc.
